Registration & Payment
You must provide accurate information during registration. Payment must be completed within the given deadline to confirm your seat. Installment options must follow the provided schedule.
Course Access
Course materials are for personal academic use only. Video content is accessible through our platform only and cannot be downloaded or shared. Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
Certification
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion and participation. Certificate IDs can be verified via our website.
Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, course content are the intellectual property of IRC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission. 5. Refund & Cancellation Once registered, fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances (reviewed case-by-case). Seat transfers are not allowed without official approval.
Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the course.
Amendments
IRC reserves the right to update terms and policies. Users will be notified of major changes via email or website notice.
By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These include your responsibilities as a user, limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and governing law. The Terms and Conditions must be accepted during the checkout process.

শর্তাবলী (বাংলা)
১. সেবা ও প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি
• সফল পেমেন্টের পর ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কোর্স এবং ইন্টার্নশিপ সম্পর্কিত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে।
• ডেলিভারি কনফার্মেশন ইমেইল অথবা আপনার রেজিস্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠানো হবে।
২. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি
• কোর্স: যদি আপনি সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে প্রথম ২–৩টি ক্লাসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করতে পারবেন। নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে আবেদন করলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• ইন্টার্নশিপ: সেবা সন্তোষজনক না হলে প্রাথমিক সেবা সময়ের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে, যা যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর অনুমোদিত হবে।
৩. সাপোর্ট ও সহায়তা
• প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস কেনার পর আপনি পাবেন ২৪/৭ কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট।
• প্ল্যাটফর্ম সম্পর্কিত বা কোর্স অ্যাক্সেসের যেকোনো সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য থাকবে টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট।
• একাডেমিক বা ইন্টার্নশিপ সম্পর্কিত সমস্যার জন্য প্রবলেম-সলভিং সেশন আয়োজন করা হবে।
৪. সাধারণ শর্ত
• সব রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
• কোম্পানি যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং তা এই পেইজে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
• আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট বা সেবা ক্রয় করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

• Delivery confirmation will be shared through email or your registered account on our platform.
2. Return & Refund Policy
• Courses: If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within the first 2–3 classes. A full refund will be issued if the request is valid and within the mentioned time frame.
• Internships: If you find the service unsatisfactory, you may request a refund within the initial service period after proper review and validation by our team.
3. Support & Assistance
• After purchasing any course or service, you will receive 24/7 customer support.
• Dedicated technical support will be provided to resolve any platform-related or course-access issues.
• Problem-solving sessions will be arranged if you face any academic or internship-related challenges.
4. General Terms
• All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and changes will be notified on this page.
